The mortality rate of pregnant women in Indonesia is still relatively high, one of the causes is the occurrence of hypertension. Hypertension and its complications contribute greatly to neonatal and maternal morbidity and mortality. The use of antihypertensive drugs during pregnancy has benefits and risks. Therefore, the use of appropriate antihypertensive drugs needs to be considered to minimize the risks that can occur in both mother and baby. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the use of antihypertensive drugs in pregnant women and assessed based on the WHO standards and Pogi in 2016. This study was a descriptive study, carried out by looking at the patient's medical record through the SIMRS at "X" Hospital and then the data obtained will be analyzed using purposive sampling method, which is a technique to determine the sample with certain considerations in accordance with the desired objectives. In this study there were 40 patients using antihypertensive drugs during pregnancy at the "X" Hospital Out patient Pharmacy Installation obtained 95% accurate indications, 100% correct patients, 80% right drugs, and 100% correct dosages.
