Pharmaceutical services are very important services in hospitals. Warehouse room of drug is a place of reception up to the distribution of drugs, medicalsupplies, and medical devices. The warehouse room of drug is responsible for maintaining the supply of medicines to avoid damage and expiration as well as maintaining the quality of the drug and maintaining it by placing medicines that are considered safefrom theft which stored in the pharmaceutical warehouse. This research is a descriptive qualitative research through direct observation and interview. The sample of this research is the warehouse room of drug storage in “X” Hospital Sidoarjo on Februarymonth period 2020. The variabel of the data which we use in this research is primary data and secondary data. The primary data which resulted from direct observation while the secondary data is resulted from deep interview with the informan include head of warehouse room of drug storage in “X” Hospital in 2020.The result of the research show that the condition of warehouse room of drug storage in X hospital is good. it show from the precetage of the result from the research that 88,9% condition is suitable with the standar of Directorat General of pharmaceuthical and medical devices.Hopefully pharmaceutical room storage in hospital “X” give more attention to procedurcesfor it which is not yet implemented. In this case, the supply of room or rack for expired or damage medicine, supplied for stock card in every rack or wardrobe storage suitable with Directorat General of pharmaceutical and medical devices in Indonesia Republic (2010).
