Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kejelasan dan kelengkapan penulisan aspek farmasetik pada resep pasien rawat jalan di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Petrokimia Gresik Driyorejo pada bulan Desember 2018. Penelitian bersifat deskriptif dan pengambilan data dilakukan secara retrospektif. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode random sampling, didapatkan sebanyak 400 resep. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa kejelasan penulisan nama obat 93,25%, bentuk sediaan 98,25%, jumlah obat98,25%, dan aturan dan cara penggunaan obat 91,50%. Hasil pengamatan secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa resep yang terpenuhi seluruh aspek farmasetik yang diamati 84,50%. Hasil pengkajian kelengkapan dan analisis resep ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada pasien dan dapat mencegah terjadinya medication error padafase prescribing.Kata Kunci: Resep, Kajian Resep, Kajian FarmasetikABSTRACTThe prescriptionassessment is an important aspect in preventing and reducing the occurrence of medication error. This study aims to determine the completeness of pharmacetic requirements on prescriptions on outpatient prescriptions at pharmacy installation Petrokimia Gresik Driyorejo Hospital in December 2018. This is a descriptive research where the data has been retrieved retrospectively. The sampling method that has been used in this research was the random sampling method, with a total of 400 prescriptions. The result showed that the clarity of the writing drug name was 93,25%, dosage form 98,25%, amount of drug 98,25%, and rules and method of drug usage 91,50%. The overall result showed that the prescriptions that fullfilled all pharmacetic aspect were observed 84,50%. The assessment results of completeness and prescription analysis is expected to help improve the quality of care for patients and prevent the occurrence of medication errors in prescribing phase.
