Recipe study is a very important aspect in prescribing because it can help reduce errors so that patient safety is obtained. This study aims to determine the percentage of completeness of prescriptions at the "X" Hospital Driyorejo Gresik in November to December 2019. This research was conducted descriptively and data collection was carried out using the documentation method. The sampling method is done using the random samplingmethod, obtained as many as 312recipes.The results showed that the prescription completeness administratively were: Inscriptio 84.6%, Subscriptio 80.2%, and the rest had reached an optimal percentage value of 100% in November 2019, while in December 2019 Invocatio and Signatura had reached an optimal value of 100%. The results of assessing administration of prescription completeness are expected to help improve the quality of service to patients.
