Globally, based on 2019 WHO data, there are around 1.7 billion cases of diarrhea every year, occurring almost all over the world. In Indonesia in 2019, 2,549 people suffered from diarrhea and the CFR figure was 1.14%. The highest incidence in Indonesia is in toddlers aged 6-11 months (21.65%), aged 12-17 months (14.43%), aged 24-29 months (12.37%). Diarrhea is a type of disease that can be treated through self-medication efforts by a mother. Fast and appropriate knowledge, attitudes and actions are required for this effort. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge, attitudes and self-medication actions for children's diarrhea by mothers in Tenaru Village, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method using a questionnaire instrument which has been tested for validity and reliability using SPSS version 22. The sampling technique uses accidental / convenience sampling. The number of respondents in the research was 100 mothers who lived in Tenaru Village, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency. The data obtained were analyzed using quantitative descriptive statistics. Measuring the level of knowledge, attitudes and actions obtained from filling in questionnaire data by respondents. The research results mean an average percentage of 81% in the knowledge domain. In the attitude domain the average result is 80.3%. In domain actions the average result is 78.04%. Conclusion : Knowledge of attitudes and actions by mothers in Tenaru Village, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency is considered good.
