Valiandri Puspadina, S.Farm., M.Farm Penguji 1 ABSTRAK Hipertensi adalah salah satu penyebab utama mortalitas dan morbiditas di Indonesia, sehingga tatalaksana penyakit ini merupakan intervensi yang sangat umum dilakukan diberbagai tingkat fasilitas kesehatan. Hampir semua pedoman utama baik dari dalam walaupun luar negeri, menyatakan bahwa seseorang akan dikatakan hipertensi bila memiliki tekanan darah sistolik ≥ 140 mmHg dan atau tekanan darah diastolik ≥ 90 mmH.. Kepatuhan minum obat pada pengobatan hipertensi sangat penting karena dengan minum obat antihipertensi secara teratur dapat mengontrol tekanan darah penderita hipertensi. Sehingga dalam jangka panjang risiko kerusakan organ penting tubuh seperti jantung, ginjal, dan otak dapat dikurangi.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui profil penurunan tekanan darah pada terapi obat amlodipine dan captropril pada pasien antihipertensi di klinik pratama x sidoarjo. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat observasional. Lokasi penelitian di klinik pratama x sidoarjo. ABSTRACT Hypertension is one of the main causes of mortality and morbidity in Indonesia, so that the management of this disease is a very common intervention carried out at various levels of health facilities. Almost all major guidelines, both from within and outside the country, state that a person will be said to be hypertensive if he has systolic blood pressure ≥ 140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure ≥ 90 mmH. Compliance with taking medication in the treatment of hypertension is very important because by taking antihypertensive drugs regularly can control the blood pressure of hypertensive patients. So that in the long term the risk of damage to important organs of the body such as the heart, kidneys and brain can be reduced. The aim of this study was to determine the blood pressure reduction profile of amlodipine and captropril drug therapy in antihypertensive patients at the Pratama X Sidoarjo clinic. This type of research is observational. The research location was at the Pratama X Sidoarjo clinic.
