<note>ABSTRAK
Pelayanan kefarmasian merupakan pelayanan kesehatan yang mempunyai peran penting dalam mewujudkan kesehatan yang bermutu dan berkualitas. Layanan kefarmasian selain menjadi tuntutan profesionalisme juga dapat dilihat sebagai faktor yang menarik minat konsumen terhadap pembelian obat di apotek agar memperoleh kepuasan pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Empunala dan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Empunala..Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif non eksperimental dengan pengambilan sampel secara Insidental sampling, pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian pada tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Empunala periode Maret – Mei 2022 didapatkan kesimpulan pada dimensi kehandalan sebesar 76%, dimensi ketanggapan sebesar 78%, dimensi keyakinan sebesar 78%, dimensi empati sebesar 77%, dan dimensi bukti langsung sebesar 80% .

ABSTRACT
Pharmaceutical services are health services that have an important role in realizing quality and quality health. Pharmaceutical services apart from being a 2
demand for professionalism can also such as a factor that attracts consumers' interest in purchasing drugs at pharmacies in order to obtain patient satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical services at the Empunala Pharmacy and to improve the quality of pharmaceutical services at the Empunala Pharmacy. This Research is descriptive non-experimental with incidental sampling, data collection using a questionnaire. The results of the study on the level of patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical services at the Empunala Pharmacy period March until May 2022 concluded on the Reliability dimension is 76%, the Responsiveness dimension is 78%, the Assurance dimension is 78%, the Emphaty dimension is 77%, and the Tangible dimension is 80%.</note>
