ABSTRAK Rumah Sakit adalah Institusi Pelayanan Kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan Kesehatan perorangan secara paripurna yang menyediakan pelayanan rawat inap, rawat jalan, dan gawat darurat UU RI nomor 44 tahun 2009.Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 72 Tahun 2016 tentang Standar pelayanan Rumah Sakit, disebutkan bahwa pelayanan farmasi Rumah Sakit merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari sistem pelayanan pasien, penyediaan obat yang bermutu, termasuk pelayanan farmasi klinik, yang terjangkau bagi semua lapisan masyarakat. (Suciati et al, 2006). Penyimpanan obat di Depo Rajal Instalasi Farmasi menggunakan metode FIFO-FEFO( First In First Out) dimana obat tersebut bertujuan untuk menghindari terjadinya ed dan dalam penyimpanan terdapat obat yang berupa LASA (Look Alike Sound Alike) yang artinya penamaan obat yang lainnya. Instrumen penelitian ini di lakukan dengan cara observasi langsung atau metode chek list menggunakan tabel pengamatan , kemudian di hitung presentase kesesuaian yang dilakukan pada bulan Maret tahun 2022. The Minister of Health Number 72 of 2016 concerning Hospital Service Standards, stated that hospital pharmacy services is an inseparable part of the patient care system, providing quality medicines, including clinical pharmacy services, which are affordable for all levels of society. (Suciati et al, 2006). Storage of drugs at the Rajal Depot of the Pharmacy Installation uses the FIFO-FEFO (First In First Out) method where the drug aims to avoid the occurrence of ED and in storage there are drugs in the form of LASA (Look Alike Sound Alike) which means naming the same drug or a different form of drug. Therefore, the drug is prohibited from being placed side by side or spaced between one drug and another. This research instrument was carried out by direct observation or the check list method using an observation table, then the percentage of conformity was calculated in March 2022.
