ABSTRAK GERD merupakan salah satu jenis gangguan pencernaan yang cukup sering dijumpai di masyarakat sehingga dapat menurunkan kualitas hidup. Gejala klasik GERD dapat dinilai dengan Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease – Questionnairre (GERD-Q). Proton Pump Inhibitor (PPI) merupakan salah satu golongan obat yang digunakan untuk mengobati kelainan sekeresi asam lambung seperti Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) dan peptic ulcer. Jenis PPI yang lebih awal digunakan adalah omeprazole dan lansoprazole. Lansoprazole secara farmakokinetik lebih unggul dibanding Omeprazole seperti bioavaibilitias tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan skor GERD-Q penderita gastroesophageal reflux disease yang mendapat terapi omeprazole dan lansoprazole pada poli penyakit dalam di rumah sakit x periode Maret - Mei 2022. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara dekskriptif prospektif dan harus memenuhi kriteria Inklusi yang sudah dibuat oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara pemberian terapi omeprazole dibanding lansoprazole. ABSTRACT GERD is a type of digestive disorder that is quite often found in the community sothat it can reduce the quality of life. The classic symptoms of GERD can be assessed by the Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease – Questionnaire (GERD-Q). Proton Pump Inhibitors (PPIs) are a class of drugs used to treat gastric acid secretion disorders such as Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) and pepticulcers. The earlier types of PPIs used were omeprazole and lansoprazole. Lansoprazole is pharmacokineticly superior to Omeprazole due to its high bioavailability. The purpose of this study was to compare the GERD-Q scores of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease who received omeprazole and/or lansoprazole therapy in the internal medicine clinic at hospital x for the period March - May 2022. Data was collected by means of prospective descriptive and must meet the inclusion criteria that have been made by the researcher. The results showed that there was no significant difference between omeprazole and lansoprazole therapy.
