ABSTRAK Obat High Alert Medication adalah obat - obatan yang memiliki risiko tinggi menyebabkan bahaya besar pada pasien jika tidak digunakan secara tepat. MenurutPermenkes No. 72 Tahun 2016 Tentang Standar Pelayanan di Rumah Sakit bahwa obat High Alert wajib disimpan secara terpisah dari penyimpanan obat yang lain dan diberipenandaan khusus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran Penyimpanan Obat High Alert Medication di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit X berdasarkan Permenkes No.72 Tahun 2016. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif dimana pengumpulandata dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi/checklist dan wawancara .yangmengacu pada PeraturanMenteri Kesehatan no 72 tahun 2016. Sampelyang diambil adalah data penyimpanan oba High Alert Medication di InstalasiFarmasi Rumah Sakit X. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gambaran penyimpanan obat High Alert di InstalasiFarmasi Rumah Sakit X menunjukkan untuk penyimpanan elektrolit pekat 100%,penyimpanan obat high alert 75% dikarenakan untuk pelabelan obat lasa/norum belum menggunakan metode tallman lettering sedangkan untuk penyimpanan obat narkotik dan psikotropik 80% dikarenakan lemari khusus masih digunakan untuk menyimpan bahan lain selain narkotik dan psikotropik. ABSTRACT High Alert Medications are drugs that have a high risk of causing great harm to patients if not used properly. According to the Minister of Health Regulation No. 72 of 2016 concerning Service Standards in Hospitals that High Alert drugs must be stored separately from other drug storage and given a special label. The purpose of this study was to find out how the description of High Alert Medication Storage in the Pharmacy Installation of Hospital X based on the Minister of Health Regulation No. 72 of 2016. This type of research is descriptive research where data collection is carried out using observations/checklists and interviews.The checklist refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 72 of 2016. The sample taken is data on storage of High Alert Medication at the Pharmacy Installation of Hospital X. This study shows that the description of the storage of High Alert drugs in the Pharmacy Installation of Hospital X shows that the storage of concentrated electrolytes is 100% , 75% high alert drug storage is due to the labeling of lasa/norum drugs not yet using the tallman lettering method while for storage of narcotics and psychotropic drugs 80% is because special cabinets are still used to store other materials besides narcotics and psychotropics.
