ABSTRAK Perkembangan pelayanan rumah sakit di Indonesia saat ini berlomba-lomba meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dan memenuhi kepuasaan pelayanan kesehatan terhadap pasien. Instalasi farmasi merupakan fasilitas pendukung utama rumah sakit dalam pelayanan kesehatan dan pengelolaan perbekalan farmasi serta manajemen logistik lainnya. Penyimpanan obat adalah salah satu sistim dalam manajemen logistik yang bertujuan untuk mempertahankan mutu obat dari kerusakan akibat peyimpanan yang tidak baik serta untuk memudahkan pencarian dan pengawasan obat-obatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran penyimpanan obat di Gudang Farmasi Rumah Sakit “X” Kabupaten Sidoarjo Periode Tahun 2022. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari pengamatan langsung terkait proses penyimpanan sediaan farmasi yang berdasarkan Permenkes RI No. 72 Tahun 2016. Hasil akhir dari pengamatan tersebut disajikan dalam bentuk tabel parameter nilai kesesuaian. Standar penyimpanan menurut Permenkes RI No. 72 Tahun 2016 meliputi persyaratan penyimpanan, komponen penyimpanan, sistem penyimpanan, metode penyimpanan, sarana dan peralatan penyimpanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses penyimpanan obat di Gudang Farmasi Rumah Sakit “X” Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Periode Tahun 2022 secara keseluruhan sudah baik dan memenuhi standart. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari persentase pengamatan dengan nilai >75%. ABSTRACT The development of hospital services in Indonesia is currently competing to improve the quality of services and fulfill the satisfaction of health services for patients. The pharmacy installation is the main supporting facility for hospitals in health services and the management of pharmaceutical supplies and other logistics management. Drug storage is one of the systems in logistics management that aims to maintain the quality of drugs from damage due to poor storage and to facilitate the search and control of drugs. This study was conducted to determine the description of drug storage in the Pharmacy Warehouse of Hospital "X" Sidoarjo Regency for the period of 2022. The types of data used in this study were primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from direct observations related to the storage process of pharmaceutical preparations based on the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 72 of 2016. The final results of these observations are presented in the form of a parameter table of conformity values. Storage standards according to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 72 of 2016 includes storage requirements, storage components, storage systems, storage methods, storage facilitie and equipment. The results showed that the drug storage process at the Pharmacy Installation of the Hospital "X" Sidoarjo Regency for the period of 2022 as a whole was good and met the standards. This can be seen from the percentage of observations with a value of >75%.
