<note>ABSTRAK
Salbutamol adalah obat untuk mengatasi sesak napas (asma). Sediaan yang paling banyak digunakan masyarakat adalah sediaan tablet. Tablet memiliki beberapa keuntungan yaitu sediaan lebih kompak, dosisnya tepat, mudah pengemasannya dan penggunaan lebih praktis dibanding sediaan lainnya (Lacman, dkk, 1994). Kerugiannya pun hanya sedikit misalnya untuk pasien yang memiliki kesulitan menelan tablet. Dalam mengatasi kerugian sediaan tablet yaitu kesulitan menelan tablet tersebut, maka ada sediaan oral tanpa menggunakan air untuk menelan yaitu dikenal dengan sediaan OFDT (Oral Fast Dissolving Tablets). Disentegran merupakan komponen penting dalam proses hancur tablet. Salah satu jenis disentegran yang digunakan adalah crosspovidone. Untuk meminimalkan biaya produksi disentegran dikombinasikan dengan amylum manihot. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untu mendapatkan tablet yang paling efektif, cepat terabsorbsi, dan dapat meminimalkan biaya produksi. Metode yang digunakan eksperimental. Menggunakan sampel salbutamol sulfate. Dilakukan uji tiga kali formulasi yang berbeda. Panjang gelombang maksimum 276 nm. Konsentrasi yang digunakan dalam kalibrasi salbutamol sulfate yaitu 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 110, 120 ppm. Hasil yang diperoleh diuji menggunakan SPSS One Way. Dalam penelitian ini variabel bebasnya adalah beberapa perbandingan jumlah crospovidone dan amylum manihot yaitu crospovidone (2%), crospovidone : amylum manihot (1% :1%), crospovidone : amylum manihot (1% :2%). Hasil formulasi yang baik adalah formulasi pertama yaitu dengan bahan pengahancur Crosspovidone (2%) karena memiliki waktu hancur yang paling cepat dan memenuhi persyaratan tablet OFDT.

ABSTRACT
Salbutamol is a drug to treat shortness of breath (asthma). The most widely used preparations are tablets. Tablets have several advantages, namely more compact preparations, precise dosages, easy packaging and more practical use than other preparations (Lacman et al, 1994). The disadvantage is only slight, for example for patients who have difficulty swallowing tablets. In overcoming the disadvantages of tablet preparations, namely difficulty swallowing the tablet, there are oral preparations without using water to swallow, known as OFDT (Oral Fast Dissolving Tablets). Disentegranate is an important component in the tablet disintegration process. One type of disentergranate used is crosspovidone. To minimize the cost of production, disentegran is combined with anyham manihot. The purpose of this study was to obtain the most effective tablets, quickly absorbed, and to minimize production costs. The method used was experimental. Using a sample of salbutamol sulfate, three different formulas were tested. The maximum wavelength is 276 nm. The concentrations used in the salbutamol sulfate calibration were 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 110, 120 ppm. The results obtained were tested using SPSS One Way. In this study, the independent variables were several comparisons of the amount of crospovidone and amylum manuhot, namely crospovidone (2%), crospovidone: amylum manihot (1% :1%), crospovidone amy lum manihot (1%: 2%). with the crushing agent Crosspovidone (2%) because it has the fastest disintegration time and fulfills the requirements of OFDT tablets.</note>
