ABSTRAK Apotek adalah sarana pelayanan kefarmasian yang menyelenggarakan seluruh kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian salah satunya penyimpanan obat. LASA ( Look Alike Sound Alike ) adalah obat – obat yang tampak kelihatan mirip ( nama obat rupa atau bentuk obat sama dan pengucapan nama obat hampir mirip ). Penyimpanan obat LASA sesekali menimbulkan medication error dan menyebabkan dampak yang serius terhadap pasien jika terjadi kesalahan dalam penggunannya. Penelitihan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyimpanan penyimpanan obat golongan LASA ( Look Alike Sound Alike ) di Apotek “ X ” kecamatan mojosari bulan februari 2021. Jenis penelitihan ini ialah deskriptif, pengambilan data secara prospektif dengan cara observasi ( form ceklis ) dan wawancara dengan Apoteker Apotek “ X ”. Hasil penelitihan menunjukkan penyimpanan obat LASA di Apotek “ X ” belum sesuai dengan peraturan dengan memberi jarak antara obat golongan LASA dengan yang lainnya dan memberi stiker LASA dikemasan obat atau di tempat obat. ABSTRACT Pharmacy is a pharmaceutical service facility that organizes all pharmaceutical service activities, one of which is drug storage. LASA (Look Alike Sound Alike) are drugs that look similar (the name of the drug looks the same or the form of the drug is the same and the pronunciation of the drug name is almost the same). Storage of LASA drugs occasionally causes medication errors and causes serious impacts on patients if errors occur in their use. This study aims to determine the storage of LASA class drugs (Look Alike Sound Alike) at the "X" Pharmacy, Mojosari sub-district in February 2021. This type of research is descriptive, prospective data collection by means of observation (checklist form) and interviews with Pharmacy Pharmacists " X". The results of the study show that the storage of LASA drugs at the "X" Pharmacy is now in accordance with regulations by placing a distance between LASA drugs and others and placing LASA stickers on the drug packaging or in the drug container.
