ABSTRAK Kunyit memiliki kandungan kurkumin yang dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk terapi penyembuhan diabetes dengan dosis 66,3 mg/hari. Dosis terapi tablet kunyit adalah22,1 mg. Pembuatan tablet kunyit (Curcuma domestica val.) tak bersalut dalam formulasi ini untuk mengetahui mana hasil yang lebih optimal dari perbedaan konsentrasi bahan penghancur crosspovidone dengan konsentrasi 2%, 3%, dan 5%. Tujuan :Mengetahui konsentrasi crosspovidone yang sesuai untuk pembuatan tabletkunyit (Curcuma domestica val.). Hasil :pembuatan tablet kunyit (Curcuma domestica val.) menggunakan metode cetak langsung dengan variasi konsentrasi crosspovidone 2%, 3%, dan 5%tidak memberikan perbedaan yang signifikan. Kesimpulan:formulasi dalam penelitian dengan penambahan crosspovidone 2% sudah dapat memberikan hasil uji mutu fisik yang optimal. Objective: Todetermine the appropriate concentration of crosspovidone for the manufacture of turmeric tablets (Curcuma domestica val.). Result: manufacture of turmeric tablets (Curcuma domestica val.) using direct printing method with variations in crosspovidone concentration of 2%, 3%, and 5% did not provide a significant difference. Conclusion: the formulation in the study with the addition of 2% crosspovidone was able to provide optimal physical quality test results.
