<note>ABSTRAK
Pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah sakit merupakan salah satu bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari sistem pelayanan kesehatan rumah sakit. Instalasi farmasi rumah sakit adalah suatu bagian yang menyelenggarakan seluruh kegiatan kefarmasian di rumah sakit, salah satu parameter untuk menilai pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah sakit melalui lima dimensi yaitu dimensi tangible, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty dan reliability. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat inap terhadap pelayanan resep KRS di instalansi farmasi Rumah Sakit Dian Husada Kabupaten Mojokerto. Penelitian bersifat deskriptif non eksperimental dengan pengambilan sampel secara Insidental sampling, pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian pada Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien Terhadap Pelayanan Resep Di Instalasi Farmasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Dian Husada Kabupaten Mojokerto Periode Maret – April 2021 mempunyai nilai rata-rata 84,46% yang memiliki kategori Sangat Puas secara keseluruhan. Pada dimensi daya tanggap (Responsiveness) memiliki tingkat kepuasan sebesar 84.8%, dimensi kepastian (Assurance) memiliki tingkat kepuasan dengan persentase sebesar 84,8%, dimensi berwujud (Tangibel) memiliki tingkat kepuasan dengan persentase sebesar 84,7%, dimensi keandalan (Reliabelity) memiliki tingkat kepuasan persentase sebesar 84%, dan dimensi empati (Empaty) memiliki tingkat kepuasan dengan persentase sebesar 84%.

ABSTRACT
Pharmacy services in hospitals are an integral part of the hospital health care system. Hospital pharmacy installation is a part that organizes all pharmaceutical activities in hospitals, one of the parameters to assess pharmaceutical services in hospitals through five dimensions, namely tangible, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and reliability dimensions. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction of inpatients with prescription services at the pharmacy installation of Dian Husada Hospital, Mojokerto Regency. The research is descriptive non-experimental with incidental sampling, data collection using a questionnaire. The results of the study on Patient Satisfaction Levels with Prescription Services at the Inpatient Pharmacy Installation of Dian Husada Hospital, Mojokerto Regency for the March - April 2021 period had an average value of 84.46% which had the category of Very Satisfied overall. The responsiveness dimension has a satisfaction level of 84.8%, the assurance dimension has a satisfaction level of 84.8%, the tangible dimension (Tangibel) has a satisfaction level of 84.7%, and the reliability dimension.has a percentage satisfaction level of 84%, and the empathy dimension (Empaty) has a satisfaction level of 84%.</note>
