Dagusibu (Get, Use, Save, Dispose) is a Drug Awareness Family Movement program initiated by the Indonesian Pharmacists Association in understanding public understanding and awareness of the correct use of drugs (PP IAI, 2014). The purpose of the study was to determine the level of knowledge about DAGUSIBU Medicine in the community in Gendingan Village, Ngawi Regency. The research method is in the form of observational analytic with a descriptive design. The data collection technique used the purposive sampling method on 100 people aged 17-50 years. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The level of knowledge is divided into 3 categories, namely good (score >75%), adequate (score 60-70%), and less (score <60%). Analysis of differences in the level of knowledge of DAGUSIBU with univariate analysis using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the majority of respondents were female (77%). The level of public knowledge in the good category is 31%, the sufficient category is 63%, the poor category is 6%. Based on the results obtained, it was concluded that the level of public knowledge about the drug DAGUSIBU in the community was in the sufficient category, namely 69%. So that other researchers can further investigate the factors that influence people's knowledge about the drug DAGUSIBU.
