<note>ABSTRAK
Pelayanan kefarmasian di Indonesia dinilai oleh beberapa pengamat di bawah standar dan petugas apotek masih belum menjalankan perannya dengan baik. Kegiatan pelayanan farmasi semula berfokus pada pengelolaan obat sebagai komoditi harus diubah menjadi pelayanan yang komprehensif dengan tujuan meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien (Handayani, 2009). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mutu pelayanan di Apotek “X” di Krian berdasarkan standar pelayanan kefarmasian. Penelitian ini dimulai pada bulan April-Mei 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif melalui data kuisioner. Sampel penelitian (subjek) yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa presentase tingkat kepuasan konsumen adalah 94,22% dengan kategori baik.

ABSTRACT
Pharmaceutical services in Indonesia are considered by some observers to be below standard and pharmacists still have not performed their role properly. Pharmacy service activities intially focused on drug management as a commodity, but must be transformed into comprehensive services with the aim of improving the quality of life of patients. (Handayani, 2009). This study aims to detemine the quality of service at the “X” Pharmacy in Krian based on pharmaceutical service standars. This research started in April-May 2021. This study uses a descrptive method trough questionnaire data. The research sample (subjects) involved in this study were 100 people who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. From the results of the study showed that the precentage of consumer satisfaction level 94,22% with good category.</note>
