Hypertension is a condition where a person's blood pressure is 140 mmHg or more (systolic pressure) and 90 mmHg or more (diastolic pressure), in the long term it will cause kidney, heart and brain damage. non-pharmacologically, hemodialysis and pharmacology. The pharmacological therapy used is Angiotensin Receptor Blocker (ARB), Calcium Channel Blocker (CCB), Angiotensin Converting Enzym Inhibitor (ACE-I), -blocker (Beta Blocker), Diuretics. The general purpose of this study was to determine the profile of the use of antihypertensive drugs of the Anisotensin Receptor Blocker (ARB) class, namely Candesartan, Telmisartan and Valsartan in outpatient CKD (Chronic kidney disease) patients from July to December 2020 at the Royal Surabaya Hospital. This type of research is descriptive observational, with retrospective data collection. The data collection technique was done by purposive sampling method. The number of samples that met the inclusion criteria were 20 patients for Candesartan Drug Therapy, while for Telmisartan with 16 patients and Valsartan with 21 patients.
