Knowledge is the process of remembering things that are specific and universal, such as remembering a method or process (Gunawan dan Palupi, 2017). Drug use is included in the Application level namely the ability of a person to use or apply a material in appropriate conditions (Notoatmodjo, 2012). Suppositories are solid dosage forms in various weights and forms, administered rectal, vagina or urethra (Anonim, 2020). This study aims to determine the description and relationship between the patient's level of knowledge on the use of suppositories at the Ar-Rahmah Bangil Clinic in the period of April 2021. The research design used in this research is to use observational analytic with a cross sectional approach with descriptive correlation analysis method using Chi Square technique. Using non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling approach The number of samples obtained is 92 respondents who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the research. Research result the level of patient knowledge about the use of suppositories at the Ar-Rahmah Bangil Clinic in the period April 2021 is in the poor category. There is a significant relationship between the patient's level of knowledge on the use of suppositories at the ArRahmah Bangil clinic.
