<note>Good pharmaceutical services are services that are directly oriented in the process of drug  use  aimed  at  ensuring  the  safety,  effectiveness  and  rational  use  of  drugs  by applying science and functions in patient care. Patient satisfaction is the response ofcustomers or service users for each service provided. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical services in Sidoarjo Pharmacy X. This type of research is a descriptive study using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Determination of the sample used in this study using a random sampling technique that is random sampling. Based on the calculation of the percentage of 380 respondents who said they were very satisfied by 22%, satisfied by47%, quite satisfied by 17%, less satisfied 11% dissatisfied 3%</note>
