<note>Acne  is  a  chronic  inflammatory  disease  in  the  polysebaseus  unit  that  often  occurs especially  in  adolescents  and  young  adults  characterized  by  blackheads,  papules,  pustules, nodules, and cysts. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of treatment and the effectiveness of zinc medication in acne sufferers at the “X” beauty clinic. The research design used a prospective non-experimental descriptive approach which was carried out in February -April 2020 with a sample of all patients who were treated with a diagnosis of acne and were given zinc drug therapy. Based on a sample of 125 prescription data, according to the sex of female patients as many as 48 people (74%) and 17 men -17 people (27%), while according to age the most experienced acne was  in women aged 18 years, the percentage was obtained (16.6 %) and male aged 19 years (35.2%). From the results of this study, it was found that the drug  profile  that  was  often  used  during  treatment  for  additional  drug  therapy  as  anti-inflammatory diazink 20 mg tablets (38.70%).</note>
