<note>One of the health service places in Indonesia is a pharmacy. Pharmacy is a means to do pharmaceutical work and a means for distribution of pharmaceutical supplies to the public. This study aims to obtain information about the level of patient satisfaction with pharmacy services at the Pharmacy "X" in February-March in 2020. The duties and functions of the pharmacy is a place of service for pharmacists who have taken oaths of office, pharmaceutical facilities to carry out compounding, remodeling, mixing and delivery  of  drugs,  and  pharmaceutical  supply  distribution  facilities,  including  drugs needed  by  the  community,  broadly  and  evenly.  This  type  of  research  is  descriptive research using a questionnaire research instrument. Determination of the sample used in this study using random sampling techniques, namely random sampling. Based on the calculation of the percentage of 366 respondents who said they were very satisfied by 23%, satisfied by 42%, 25% were quite satisfied, 7% less satisfied, 3% dissatisfied.</note>
