Sediaan  OFDF  tersunsun  dari  komponen  utama  yang  disebut film  forming agentsalah satunya Hydroxy Proply  Methly Cellulose (HPMC). Pembuatan sediaan OFDF  ini  menggunakan  bahan  aktif  domperidone  base  dengan  berbagai  macam formulasi,  dengan  penambahan  konsentrasi  HPMC  600  mg  ;  1200  mg  ;  1800  mg untuk  memperoleh  hasil  mutu  fisik  yang  baik.  Metode  yang  digunakan  dalam pembuatan OFDF domperidone base ini adalah metodesolid dispersion extrusion. Pengumpulan  data  dilakukan  terhadap  karakteristik  fisik  meliputi  ketebalan, variasi bobot, daya  mengembang, kekuata tarik, pH sediaan, dan kadar. Hasil  yang diperoleh  ketebalan  film  0,69  mm -1  mm,  variasi  bobot  0,056  gram –0,070  gram, daya  mengembang  102,6  % -126,3  %,  kekuatan  tarik  1,517-3,107  gram/mm2,  pH 5,7 –6,1, keseragaman kandungan 72,74 % -88,34 %. Hasil yang di dapat semakin bertambah konsentrasi maka semakin kecil elastisitas oral fast dissolving film.Kata  kunci  :oral  fast  dissolving  film (OFDF), hydroxyl  proply  methly  celullose (HPMC)  dan carboxy  methyl  cellulose (CMC-Na),  domperidone  base,  metode solid dispersion extrusion.Abstrak Oral  Fast  Dissolving  Film  (OFDF)  is  a  new  dosage  form  that  when  placed  in the mouth can be quickly disintegrating to release the drug, dissolved and dispersed in  the  saliva  generally  less  than  1  minute.  OFDF  dosage  is  sunsun  from  the  main component  called  film  forming  Agent,  one  of  which  is  Hydroxy  Proply  Methly Cellulose  (HPMC).  The  preparation  of  these  OFDF  preparations  use  the  active ingredient domperidone Base with a wide range of formulations, with the addition of concentrations of HPMC 600 mg; 1200 mg; 1800 mg to obtain good physical quality results.  The  method  used  in  the  manufacture  OFDF  Domperidone  Base  is  a  solid dispersion extrusion method.Data  collection  is  done  against  physical  characteristics  including  thickness, variation of weights, inflated power, tensile strength, dosage of dosage, content and dissolution.  Result obtained  film  thickness  0.69  mm-1  mm, Weight variation  0.056 gram –0.070  gram,  inflated  power  102.6% -126.3%,  tensile strength1,517-3,107 gram/mm2,  pH  5.7 –6.1,  Content  uniformity  72.74% -88.34%.
