Suspension preparations are liquid preparations where solids are dispersed into their carriers. Poor storage of drugs becomes a problem in maintaining drug quality, drug storage must be stored at a temperature that is in accordance with the physical and chemical characteristics of the drug. To determine the effect and differences in physical quality test of micronized suspension paracetamol due to the effect of variations in storage temperature. This type of research is an experiment using several experiments or tests that require several tools and materials and procedures. The sampling technique in this study uses a probability sampling technique that is simple random sampling. The samples used consisted of control, refrigator temperature, room temperature and 40⁰ C. The effect of storage temperature on micronized suspension paracetamol at a certain temperature obtained results at refrigerator temperature 95.37%, room temperature 95.44%, temperature 40⁰C 87.92% and for control 102.34%. From the results of this study it was found that storage temperature can affect micronized suspension paracetamol preparations.
