Glaucoma is an eye disease in which there is damage to the nerves of the eye which causes narrowing of the visual field and loss of vision function. This study is to determine the glaucoma medication prescribed by the ophthalmologist at the eye clinic of the Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Hospital, Mojokerto City based on the patient's age, patient's gender, name of the drug prescribed, dosage form, rules of drug use and frequency of drug use so that this study is useful. as an evaluation and monitoring in the procurement of glaucoma drugs for the period from September to November 2019. This study used a descriptive data presentation method by drawing conclusions from the analyzed data. The sample referred to in this study were all patient prescriptions for eye polyclinics written by ophthalmologists containing glaucoma medications. The results showed that the pattern of prescribing glaucoma medication at the Eye Clinic of Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Hospital, Mojokerto City, from September to November 2019, obtained the highest results above 64 years of age, female gender, drug name Timolol 0.5%, eye drop dosage form, rules of use 2x a day, the frequency of using the drug is 10 days and the combination of the drug Timolol 0.5% eye drops + Latonoprost eye drops.
