Paracetamol is a defirate of acetanilide which is used as an analgesic-antipyretic. Suspension is widely used because it is easy to use for children, babies, and also for adults who are hard to swallow tablets or capsules. The main problem in suspension is its physical stability. The instability of the suspension is characterized by coloration or color expansion, odor arises,change or phase separation, deposition of suspension or caking, consistency changes, gas formation during storange. Objective: The research aims to determine if the duration of storage for 3 days, 6 days, and 9 days may effect the physical quality of micronizedsuspension paracetamol preparations after opening. Physical quality test result determination of the rate determined using spectrophotometric UV-Vis method.Results :obtained the result of the determination with average storage of 0 days = 102,35%, 3 days = 95,44%, 6 days = 86,65%, and 9 days = 85,20%. Conclusion : in this study can be said that the variation in the lenght of storage can affec the preparation of paracetamol suspension micronized.
