The warehouse room of drug is services in hospitals which responsible for maintaining the supply of medicines to avoid damage and expiration as well as maintaining the quality of the drug and maintaining it by placing medicines that are considered safe from theft which stored in the pharmaceutical warehouse. This research is a descriptive qualitative research through direct observation and interview. The result of the research show that the condition of warehouse room of drug storage in X hospital is good.it show from the precetage of the result from the research that 88,9% condition is suitable with the standar of Directorat General of pharmaceuthical and medical devices (2010). Hopefully pharmaceutical room storage in hospital “X” give more attention to procedurces for it which is not yet implemented. In this case, the supply of room or rack for expired or damage medicine, supplied for stock card in every rack or wardrobe storage suitable with Directorat General of pharmaceutical and medical devices in Indonesia Republic (2010).
