Pharmaceutical services are very important services in hospitals. Pharmacy warehouse is a place of acceptance to the distribution of drugs, medical supplies, and also medical devices. This research is a qualitative study through direct observation of drug storage in the Pharmacy Warehouseof Rahman Rahim Hospital. Conformity between warehouse stock and physical condition should be 100% (WHO, 2003) (Septariani I, 2017). Meanwhile the results of research conducted so far at the Rahman Rahim Hospital pharmaceutical warehouse showed that the suitability of the amount of drug stock contained in the pharmaceutical warehouse was 22.1%, meaning that there was still a discrepancy in the records made by pharmaceutical warehouse officers by 77.9%. While the percentage of expired and damaged drugs in the Rahman Rahim hospital hospital in Sidoarjo in the January-March 2019 period was 5.52%. The purpose of releasing drugs with FIFO and FEFO systems is to avoid losses due to expired drugs because they are stored too long and not detected. So that the goal of drug storage can be achieved properly and an efficient drug storage system can be achieved.
