This study aims to determine antibiotic and analgesic’sprescribing pattern in dental polyclinic at Sidoarjo’s hospital the period January–March 2020 according to antibiotic therapy guidelines Jurnal Canadian Dental Associaton, 2010and according to analgesic therapy guidelines Dental ProfessionalCommunity by theAmerican Association of Endodontists. 2015. This research was conducted descriptively by making a description of a situation objectively by the documentation method. The sample in this study was all recipes of dental poly recorded in the data collector including drug classes, drug dosages, types of drugs, usage rules and combination therapy. A total of 172 sheets of prescription from dental poly have been analyzed in this study, 84% including antibiotcs as therapy. The most commonly prescribed antibiotics is Cefadroxilof 50%, whereas the most prescribed analgesics is Asam Mefenamat of 48%, for a combination of two drugs is Cefadroxil and Asam Mefenamat of 30% is the most prescribed, for the combinaton of the three drugs most commonly prescribed Cefadroxil, Asam Mefenamat, Kalium Diclofenac of 70%.
