Burns is a form of thetissue damageor loss caused by contact with the sources such as fire, hot water, electricity, chemicals, scratches and radiation. Celery leaf (Apium graveolensL.) is a natural medicinal plant which has active ingredients such as flavonoids, saponins, tannins that can help speed up the healing process of wounds on the backs of mice (Mus musculus). This study aims to determine the effective concentration of celery leaf extract (ApiumgraveolensL.) on the healing of burns in mice (Mus musculus). Celery leaf extract was obtained by maceration method using 70% ethanol as a solvent. The resulting celery leaf extract was tested for the healing activity of burns on mice that had been injured on the back using a 1x1 cm until it forms a wound. as much20 mice were divided into four treatment groups, the negatif control group (Without drugs), positive control group (With extract placenta 10%, neomycin sulfate 0,5%and two treatment groups with celery leaf extract with concentrations of 50% and 60 %.The result it can be concluded that the burn treatment by using rind extract of (Apium graveolensL.) with a concentraration of 50% an 60%was able to headling burns in mice with percentage of healing of 94% and 96%.based on the ANOVA test in the Test Statistics table, the significance value of 0,047 is greater than 0,05 so that there is no difference in ingredients and the concentrstion has a significants effect on the healing of burns on the back of mice (Mus musculus).
