Water is the main raw material for making crystal ice cubes (Ice Tube) which water must meet the requirements and not be contaminated by coliform bacteria because it can cause illness for those who consume it.Coliform is a class of essential bacteria, ie bacteria that live in human digestion. Coliform is suspected to originate from feces. The presence of these bacteria in various places ranging from drinking water, food ingredients or other ingredients for human needs, is not expected and even very avoided. The relationship between feces and coliforms can make this bacterium a natural indicator of the presence of faecal material. This study aims to determine the total number of coliforms in crystal ice cubes (Ice Tube) found in Wadungasih Village, Buduran District, whether it meets the Indonesian Minister of Health Regulation Requirement No. 492 / Menkes / Per / IV / 2010.In this study, the author focuses on crystal ice cubes (Ice Tube) taken from the Wadungasih Village, Buduran District with different brands, X, Y, and Z. By using the JPT (Nearest Estimated Number) / MPN (Most Probable Number) ). The results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the crystal ice cubes (Ice Tube) with the positive X, Y and Z brands contain coliform with the same amount of MPN which is> 1600/100 ml. So that the ice cubes (Ice Tube) brand X, Y and Z in the area of Wadungasih Village, Buduran District do not meet the requirements of the Minister of Health Regulation No. 492 /Menkes / Per / IV / 2010 in the aspect of total coliform.
