Glaucoma is an eye disease in which there is damage to the nerves of the eye which causes narrowing of the visual field and loss of vision function. This research is to determine the glaucoma medication prescribed by the ophthalmologist at the eye clinic of the Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Hospital, Mojokerto City for the period September to November 2019 based on the patient's age, patient gender, single drug and drug combination, name of thedrug prescribed, dosage form. drugs, drug use rules and the frequency of drug use so that this study is useful as an evaluation and monitoring of glaucoma drug procurement. This research uses descriptive data presentation method by drawing conclusions from the analyzed data. The sample referred to in this study were all patient prescriptions for eye polyclinics written by ophthalmologists containing glaucoma medication. The results showed that the pattern of prescribing glaucoma drugs at the Eye Clinic of Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Hospital, Mojokerto City, from September to November 2019, obtained the highest results above 64 years of age (47.3%), female gender (59%), combination of Timolol drugs. 0.5% eye drops + Latonoprost eye drops (39%), the name of the drug Timolol 0.5% (58.3%), the eye drop dosage form (84.7%), the rule of use 2x a day (73.3%), and the frequency of drug use was 10 days (58%).
